This guide explains how to delete your Privacar Pro account. The process varies depending on your active activities and dependencies in the app.
When: No active dependencies
Process: Confirmation → Immediate deletion
Duration: Instant
When: Active dependencies detected
Process: Form → Manual review → Deletion
Duration: 3-7 business days
WARNING: Account deletion is IRREVERSIBLE

The app automatically checks your active dependencies:
Possible issues: Active registered vehicles, Active carpool schedules, Ongoing taxi rides, Drivers under your partnership
Solutions: Remove or transfer vehicles, Deactivate all carpool schedules, Complete all ongoing rides, Transfer or deactivate drivers
Possible issues: Active carpool subscriptions, Ongoing reservations, Booked taxi rides
Solutions: Cancel active subscriptions, Complete or cancel reservations, Wait for scheduled rides to complete
Possible issues: Pending payments, Remaining wallet balance, Unpaid invoices
Solutions: Resolve pending payments, Withdraw wallet balance, Pay all due invoices
Possible issues: Open support tickets, Ongoing disputes
